Christine is an all-rounded people developer with over 15 years of people management, leadership development, business partnership and HR operations experience at various well-known fortune 500 companies.
Christine is a passionate and dynamic person with strong rapport skill. She is good at creating training and development activities to bridge the gap between employees’ capability and required competencies.
In the world largest shipping company, she developed learning strategy and guiding principles to support the performance driven culture for Global Shared Service Center. She had worked in overseas headquarter and was responsible for the integration and optimization of training system of six Global Shared Service Centers, the result of the project highly recognized by the relevant parties.
She provided more than 50 training of different topics to senior management team, front-line leaders and professional staff annually in the world biggest toy company. In addition, she tailor-made competence model and tools of evaluation to measure training effectiveness for them.
She has been used to organizing team development programs including one with more than 430 participants that was highly rated by both top management and frontline employees. The program was also emulated by other BUs.
The capabilities of Christine was entirely reflected from the trust of general manager who had appointed her to be the designated designer and facilitator of the most important meeting, annual top management meeting, for five years.
As a people developer, Christine believes that “learning is a lifelong journey”. Every year, she sets a study goal for self development, like driving, yoga etc. For next year ... still pondering.
Christine pays attention to the importance of work life balance. She is a “travelaholic” who is very passionate about doing travel plans. She has been 18 countries and territories, 9 provinces in China in the last 10 years.
Human loves beauty. Christine of course is no exceptional. Shopping is also lifelong for her. She would buy at anytime and anyplace even on the way home. Wardrobe is always too small for her 😛
